Because I needed the visa grant before making travel arrangements, I regularly followed up with the agency and repeatedly asked whether the visa had been approved.Each time, I was told that there had been no update and that they would check with their lawyer. This happened multiple times over several weeks.Eventually, I logged into my own email account and discovered that the visa had actually been granted nearly two months earlier. Despite my repeated follow-ups, the agency failed to identify this and continued telling me that there was no update on the application.What made the situation even more frustrating was their response afterward. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, I was told that it was an issue with the Department of Home Affairs system. However, I was able to see the visa grant immediately by simply logging into my own email account. It is difficult to understand how I could find the grant myself, while the agency and their lawyer were supposedly unable to locate the same information despite being asked multiple times to check.To me, this is not just a system issue—it reflects a serious lack of attention to detail, communication, and accountability. Clients pay for professional guidance and accurate updates.
